Country French Provincial Oak Farmhouse Trestle Dining Table

Massive country French provincial style farmhouse dining or harvest table measuring nearly 11.5 feet long. Artisan crafted from large oak timbers with rich woodgrain patterns. The top measures 2.5 inches thick with beveled corners. The top is supported by a long trestle base with hourglass shaped legs ending with shoe feet. The shaped legs are conjoined by a thick stretcher having an exposed mortise and tenon joinery and double wedges at each end. Constructed with wood peg joinery with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. The table is heavy and solid with an artist signature on the bottom. This type of design allows for maximum leg clearance measuring 28 inches from the floor to the bottom.
