Classic mid-century organic modern rattan sofa settee made in the coastal style by McGuire. The sofa features a thick pole rattan frame with gracefully curved arms inset with cane. The exposed joints are laced together with leather rawhide strapping. The settee is topped with a fitted loose seat cushion having the original flame stitch pattern colorful velvet upholstery that still shows well and is very presentable. Supported by eight legs that are conjoined by x form stretchers. Iconic McGuire style and profile with makers plaque on bottom.
