Midcentury pair of rattan and cane barrel back lounge chairs made in the California coastal organic modern style by McGuire. The chairs feature a pole rattan frame with a gracefully curved horseshoe back inset with a honeycomb cane splat. The generous seat has a newly upholstered seat cushion with linen style fabric. Strong and solid with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. The rattan and leather strapping has a distressed finish with a desirable patina. Sold as a pair. From an estate in San Francisco, CA.
